The organization chart provides an overview of all institutions and persons that are involved with or touched by the project; it also helps to clarify the roles of all concerned. In order to determine and to specify the project's objectives and strategies you need the planning chart. The evaluation chart takes up the project's objectives again (with indicators and target values) - straight from the planning chart. It is particularly useful for planning an evaluation that is capable of monitoring, assessing and ultimately demonstrating the extent of a project's target achievement i.e. the project's success. The management chart is used for the detailed planning and managing of the project and helps to keep the focus on an effect-oriented approach.
