- The Swiss model of outcome classification provides support when developing a clear understanding of the outcome of the project together with your team.
- In order to determine and to specify the project's objectives and strategies you need the planning chart.
- The evaluation chart takes up the project's objectives again (with indicators and target values) - it is particularly useful for planning an evaluation.
- The management chart is used for the detailed planning and managing of the project and helps keep the focus on an effect-oriented approach.
